Would you like to have 80% more room in your closet?
The management concept of the Pareto Principle can be applied to personal belongings such as clothing, shoes and accessories. Here's how it works: We use about 20% of our clothing on a frequent basis. The other 80% of the items are infrequently worn or not currently used.
We tend to use the items that feel good, look great and generally perform to our expectations. Those closet items that have missing buttons, need more maintenance than we are willing to give (ironing, dry cleaning or hand washing) or don't fit (wrong size or wrong season) are not used.
Short story: Get rid of what you don't use. You will free up space!
