STRESS! We know stress can lead to physical and emotional health conditions if it is not addressed in a healthy way.
In support of National Public Health week, here's some simple tips for less stress and a healthier life.
Plan ahead. Keep a step ahead of your actions by planning both short-term and long-term. You'll stay on track, have needed resources, and feel better about your progress on important things.
Ask for help. No one can do all things. However, asking someone for help is often difficult. As Productivity and Organizing Consultants, we specialize in identifying the systems that will reduce your stress. It may be as simple as reorganizing your desktop to be more functional for you.
Optimize your health. Good health, both physical and mental, go a long way in helping us cope with stress. Choose one practice or behavior that will make a positive change in your health and focus on it. A 10 minute daily walk can go a long way in minimzing stress!
