When Investor Coach Paul Winkler and I recently talked about the value of maintaining a high level of organization within his successful investor coaching business, he used the word systems. As a method of organizing, using a system is often just like having a set of rules.
When working with an office or a residential client, we often establish rules. A rule sets a condition such "Hard copy documents will be kept in electronic format." Rules, or systems, reduce the huge amount of decision making as one rule covers many repetitions.
What are some simple rules that have elevated your level of organization? We would like to hear about your experience.
